I guess William Klein.  And though his pictures are still a provocation
for the narrow-minded HCB (and it's Epigone Salgado)-school of
Photographers (who eventually just simply never came in contact with
mind-altering psycodelics). And yes, I'm constantly trying - but never
inhale.
