Leaf shutters can be a tricky little creatures to deal with - all 
sorts of springs and things pop out if you go at them the wrong way. 

I'd suggest that if the Leica specialists whose talents have 
been mentioned on this list decline the MIKAS work you try Steve 
Grimes in the Boston area.  His web page is http://www.skgrimes.com/
He's a large format specialist and has put a couple of things right 
for me.  I've no complaint about the quality of his work.
