I have a strip of closed cell foam (from a local bag maker) velroed to the bottom. This piece is not so wide that it increases the profile of the bag. I actually have added a loose piece of open cell foam from a "Harry and David" gift box, and I watch that to be sure it doesn't breakdown. It could easily be placed in a ziplock bag Then (again looking down into the bag, I have a partition velroed in creating a one third /two third compartment. The partition is from a Temba or Tamrac bag so that it is nylon covered foam with velcro coming off either side of it. I bought velcro tape at Home Base and this is taped around the sides of the bag at just the right height to match the foam insert. This makes easy storage/accessibility of the M and 35 or 50, or the Hexar standing vertically in the bag. The two-third (larger) compartment can then hold my meter, and a couple of lenses for the M. However, as you may already have found that even with the support of foam, these wonderful weighty lenses sit better in a heavier bag. For one additional lens, this modification works just fine. Good luck. David PS I think the closed cell foam should be easy to find.
