Not necessarily so.  You may have problems.  How far out does the lens
shade go?

Did I read this right. "I believe photography should be as difficult as
possible."  This application demands using an SLR.  Save the rangefinder
for what it is best at, and use an SLR when the application screams for it.
 Keep your photography as simple as possible, and if you really want to be
masochistic, stick pins in your ears during your spare time.
