How are you metering? Set the meter to the pushed EI (ISO only applies to
the "rated speed") and shoot. Thus, if you have 400 film, and you want to
push two stops, set the meter for 1600. That simple. If you're not using a
meter, then just set the shutter speed two stops faster, or the aperture
two stop smaller.
