Hi,

Just a little true story for all of you. I'm in Chicago for a few
days of business meetings, but took advantage of the fine Sunday
weather to try out my new/used/abused Visoflex II/Elmarit 90/2.8
combo. I was wasn't sure if I had adjusted the Visoflex shutter
release travel properly, so after finishing a roll of film I sat down
near a park, took off the lens and hinged pressure plate/door, and
tripped the shutter a bunch of times to try to make sure the Visoflex
mirror had completely swung out of the way before the shutter
released. With the body open and the Visoflex attached, my M was at
its noisest. Somebody quickly walked by, shaking his head, and in an
irritated voice, said: "Jeez, that's a damn sight quieter than my
Nikon!"

PB
