Alan,
You have the 2nd version of the 35mm Summicron-M (11309) which was
produced from sometime in 1969 until the 3rd version came out sometime
in 1973.

According to catalog #45 dated January 1, 1972, this lens came with a
lens hood and the replacement for it was catalog number 12504 which sold
for
the grand sum of $15.
