You really have to look through the M6HM finder to decide.  I wear
glasses but not strong for distance.  I like the increased magnification
and focus 'snap' of the HM.  I also like the 35mm a lot. 

I put a +1 diopter on the HM and the 35mm works for me without my
distance glasses on and I'm satisfied.

I do think when looking through the finder if one concentrates on
'seeing' the framelines they tend to 'disappear' if you forget them and
concentrate (my experience here) on the image they just barely are
noticed at the edges.  

If you wear glasses and can't us a diopter then I think you will have a
problem with the 35mm
