Alan mon ami,

Too bad you didn't make some kind of indication it was "tongue in cheek!".
Could have saved a bunch of things nearly getting out of hand.

As far as defending the  "Pushy Photog!" There isn't any defence for them
at all, as this kind of rabble have given all photographers a bad image!
Those of us who still work as reasonable gentlemen and still get our
photographs, quite frankly far better than most of the "pushy freaks," get
tarred with the same brush because we are carrying cameras and get lumped
in with the "Pushies!"

I turn down assignments where I know this type of jerk a... is going to be
working, as all they do is get the police uptight, photographers pushed
farther back from the location and add to the publics perception that we
are all a bunch of assholes!!

And if you don't think that's the case, come with me some day or any of the
others on the LUG who deal in the public domaine covering their
assignments. You'll soon have a different attitude about defending the
"Pushy Photog!
