I also use this lens, on my M6 with an adapter, and I like it
very much. I bought mine in the UK from Stevens cameras
in Manchester, with the Pasoptik viewfinder for about the
same as yours (=A3200). Instead of unscrewing the adapter
to fit the lens cap, I use one of the grey back-to-back lens
caps for putting two lenses together. The rear of the Russar
extends almost to the other end of this adapter, but there is
still enough room to mount another lens on the back as long
as it doesn't extend into the adapter. I have it back-to-back
with my 50mm Summicron.

Nice lens by the way. As others have pointed out, the QC
on these is a bit variable, but I seem to have been fortunate
and I like the results very much. I've just had some results
back from the lab taken with this lens. They were shots of
market stalls at a local fete, going in close and getting the=20
stall holders in with their produce. Mostly grab shots trying
not to let the stall holders know I was getting them in! On the
whole they were very good, but on a few I found the fingers=20
of my right hand were starting to be visible in the lower right
corner of the shot!! The lens is so recessed into the camera
that I'll obviously have to be more careful about keeping my
hand out of the way when using it...

Simon.
