Dave, "Leica in colour" by Paul-Henry van Hasbroeck is also sold in Belgium at the discounted price of 1.221 BEF (= 33 USD, VAT included) at the Proxis bookshop website (http://www.proxis.be). It must be the same book. It seems highly unlikely there would be two versions out there.
