Yes.  I recently purchased one.  I like it very much.  Because I used to shoot
with an SLR, I was in the habit of holding the camera in my left hand,
cradling the lens.  This same practice with the M6 put my thumb prints all
over the viewfinder!  The M-grip forces me to hold the camera in my right hand
and my viewfinder has been fingerprint-free.  The grip also puts the tripod
socket in the center of the camera.  The best US$80 I have spent on Leica
equipment.  Leica now sells half of the ever-ready case--the part that the
camera body slips into.  This leather "glove" also has a small handgrip built-
in.  It was a tough choice for me, but the relocation of the tripod socket
with the M-grip did it for me.
