I found the 400 speed to be too slow, even at f/1 and f/1.4. I was getting shutter speeds of 1/15 when I really wanted 1/125 or at least 1/60, to avoid blur. Also, there were so many nice neon signs and store-window-illuminated scenes that I really craved color. So my question is this......can some experienced Noctilux pros recommend the finest grained super-high-speed color slide film for street shooting after 9pm? I figure I would need 1600 to reach 1/60 and 3200 to reach 1/125 under the same conditions. Is there any color slide film that will not crumble at those high speeds, and that will maintain a decent grain? Francesco fls@5senses.com
