An amazing lens ( Sept 95 ) was the Zeiss 200 f2 with a color profile of: a.) red; 99% b.) green; 100%. c.) blue; 100%. Color transmission was described as absolutely neutral; & incredible sharpness & contrast. The great Zeiss portrait lens ( 85 f1.4 ) had a color profile of: a.)red; 88%. b.) green; 99%. c.) blue; 98%. That's why I chose & worked with ( for awhile ) the Zeiss 100 f2; it's color profile was: a.) red. 94%. b.) green; 96%. c.) blue; 96%...........& it was very sharp & contrasty! Tom D.
