Or "non-manual film advance mechanism precautions."  I just took a 
look at the early winder/grip I have the R4 and note that the same 
thing could have happened if the locking mechanism had not been slid 
into place.  'Course the ensuing images of the camera bag interior 
would've been far superior :-)
