Are R8 sales that bad ;-)?  BTW, what are the other two
overpriced items? 

Leica would have been better off, in the beginning,
to concentrate on getting "reliability" into their R8;
now, they have had two price drops ( upsetting their
initial customers ) & will probably introduce a higher
priced R8.2 with nothing more than the "bug" fixes!
