  Yes Emmanuel, I do have that particular flyer.  It is from Kindermann
Canada, dated 12/96.  On page 2 they state that Leica R4 MK-5 (first 10000
cameras) models cost 500.00 to tune up instead of the regular 320.00.  They
also state that the guarantee is valid for only 3 months instead of the
standard 1 year!
