Ben,
It covers the same angle as the 90mm lens.  When you meter, select the
90mm frame in the viewfinder for the (nearly) exact coverage of the
meter.  Use one finger to activate the meter and another to activate the
frame selector on the camera body (if you haven't got a 90 mounted.
