I do not have a separate viewfinder for my 24 2.8 aspherical. I simply use the entire frame and estimate a little over that. With the 21, I can't do that. I need to use an auxiliary viewfinder. By the way, the 21 2.8 aspherical and the 24 2.8 aspherical both seem to be very close in performance to me. Tom Shea
