I have for sale what I believe to be a EKOOZ/14547 Combination Case for
thread mount Leicas.  I used it with a IIc but I believe it will work
with both IIIc and IIIf bodies.  This is a flat fitted case that accepts
all lenses up to the Hector as well as many accessories.

I'm asking $100 including shipping in the U.S.  Please e-mail me if you
