Subject: [Leica] Big Leicas (slightly off-topic)

Great, I'm glad this topic just came up, because I was thinking of
asking the same questions myself.

What kind of big Leica (medium format rangefinder) should I go for?
I am looking to go for a wide angle lens to start off with, then go for
a standard.

Mamiya 7 [6x7](which I see they refer to as the"M7"!) with say one lens
- - quite expensive, but can add more lenses. Also, the wide angle lens is
faster than the Fuji's (not talking about the super wide here).

OR

Fuji GSW6x9 wide angle, then later get the GS6x9 fuji standard. Two
cameras, but could be handy - also, for less than the Mamiya with one
lens?

Anyone have experience of these - feel, weight etc? And I know this
should really go on a Medium format list, but I'm a Leica user and the
Lug has more informed opinions?!

BTW, my current Leica M substitute is a Koni Omega. Great camera and
optics, but built like a tank and wighs about as much!
