Then I noticed that the Depth of Field (DOF) level did not have its normal resistance -- it still moved ok, but felt loose and disengaged. When I got home I tried the 35 Summicron on my second black R6 and everything was fine. And when I put my other R lenses on the first R6, none of them worked right. Problem with the first body right? Well ... today I was shooting with the second body and the same thing happened -- viewfinder dim when stopped down and a loose DOF lever. Now it doesn't matter which lens I put on which body -- nothing works. I have had each of these cameras for about 7 years. And I guess I use them about equally. And it looks like they both broke within 3 days of each other, ah ... but with the same lens. Mssrs Goldberg, Krauter, Van Stelten, McClary ... help! Only question now is what do I send in for repair, the lens, the bodies or all three?? John McLeod
