Tina,

why don't you take the 60 Macro, and look for an SL. They are
mechanical, most reliable and pretty cheap. Your type of human
relation pictures taken at wide open an max 1/15   :) will not
enjoy a winder - at least not the winder's noise. Besides, you
most certainly will prefer the SL's smoothe release button.
