and I'm considering the 35/1.4, 35/2, and 50/2. The 35/1.4 would be the
most versatile. I'm also planning a lot of low light shooting. But they
say the 35/2 is sharper (it's a little cheaper too). The 50/2 has
excellent optics and it's the least expensive. I'm also wondering how
good the 35/1.4 Asph is. >>

Are you considering the aspherical version of the 35 2.0 also? If so, this
may be the highest quality of the three although the 50 2.0 and the 35 1.4 are
very close. These are all excellent lenses. Telling the difference in image
quality seems to require very careful testing and is probably not noticable in
most general photography. (I do not have the 35 1.4 so cannot give you
personal information on it). However, you might look at Erwin's site for a
discussion of these lenses.
