That is an interesting point, the "bouncing" quality of plastic. So a
plastic M6 should also "bounce" more safely ? And what about a
"bouncing" plastic Noctilux? ;-)

That 21mm viewfinder is what I would expect from a low end taiwanese
accessory maker. At 25 USD I would find it a handsome slightly
overpriced backup device that I would not mind to "damage/lose" in
awkward shooting conditions. At 300 USD, it is a scam. At that price
level, it should be metal, with a reliable attachement device AND with
rubber protection so that it could "bounce" in style. On the mythical
M7, it should also relay metering info through the adequate hot shoe
contacts so that you would not have to "bounce" constantly from
viewfinder A to viewfinder B. Then, maybe, 300 USD might be
justifiable.....
