Am I alone in having a tremendous difficulty in the actual physical actions when swapping lenses around. I seem to need at least four hands to get a lens off a body, remove the shade, put the front and back caps on, hold the bag flap open, and so on. I have always had this problem. I recall one solution I came up with. I equipped an assistant/ helper with a tray made from part of a card table, with straps round her neck. Rather like the tray used by old time cinema usherettes to sell ice cream. This mobile changing table was quite successful for me but caused a serious dignity problem with the helper. Apart from wearing five (ala Nick Nolte) cameras round my neck I cannot find a solution, Alan Hull
