I agree with those who have had positive experiences with Chatterton. I
have found Don friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable. I have not dealt
with Jim Kuehl, though I have spoken with him on several occasions; he,
too, seems up-front and quite a fine person.

I have had substantially more negative experiences with KEH, but these come
from their lack of knowledge of Leica and the collectible market. I no
longer do business with them, as they have now made it all but impossible
to order from them. They are squeaky-clean on honouring their return
policies, and promptly refunded money on the many occasions when they sold
me mis-advertised goods.

I heartily approve of Tamarkin in all regards: Stan and his people are the
best. I have had a long and quite positive experience with Arnie Duren of
Brooklyn Camera, Bob Pins, and Woodmere.

Goodwin, Ritz, PacRim, and Midwest also all have resounding approval from
this corner.

Marc
