The reason is simple, they don't want to make deliveries even slower by pissing off the wonderful Leica management. Ironically, they are afraid to demand the best service from Leica as they are entitled to, because dealer service is so bad they don't want it to get worse. If you want to find to find unhappy Leica dealers, simply talk to experienced dealers who have some perspective on what to expect from Leica. Regards, Stephen
