It is irrational statements like this which inflame the already delicate
balance in the US.  Would you present ONE bit of evidence that the high BAC
of the driver caused the accident?  At law, there has to be some connexion
shown, and so far, every witness has testified that the driver showed no
signed of being under the influence.  In other words, mere BAC doesn't make
a link:  you have to show more, and, so far, nothing has been presented
linking alcohol and the accident.

None of this is meant to attack photographers -- but, please, let's keep it
in perspective!
