I couldn't agree more with you :-)
 The purpose of my message was just to point out what some people are 
saying, rightly or wrongly. I too, was rather surprised and annoyed by 
his remarks.
I feel we should add our comments on the reviewer's comment page just to 
put things into perspective! See:
