For those who missed the opening reception of Micha Bar-Am and Burk Uzzle,
their shows continue at Leica Gallery, 670 Broadway, NYC until March 14. Hours
Tues-Fri 11 to 6 and Sat 12-6, no admission. For those who cannot make it, we
are offering the following books from the shows: Burk Uzzle's "All American,"
1984, out-of-print/hardbound, 94 pages, signed, mint copies (images by Leica &
Haselblad) at price of $75.  Micha Bar-Am's "Israel," just published 1998
(Simon & Shuster), hardbound, 200 pages, signed copies (images by Leica), at
price of $40. This is the catalogue for the International Center of
Photography (ICP) exhibition for Micha Bar-Am which opens on Feb 27 and runs
through May 31 at the entire uptown ICP.  Shipping for either book is $10. and
includes a free copy of "Leica's Magic Moments." Special for LUG members
during the exhibition only,  both books + "Magic Moments" $115. and no
