Bud:

Try to compare spot meters for flare, if possible. Compare readings of a
shadow area adjacent to a bright area. Sekonic 778 has very low flare
compared to the new meter (508, I think). It has much less flare than the
old Pentax, but I havn't seen a recent Pentax.
