It doesn't need to be the size of an M5, not in 1998. Just look at all the features Contax has lavished the G2, an M6-sized body, with. For what it's worth, I do think an electronic M6 to complement -- but absolutely not to replace -- the current M6 is a natual market for Leica. As Kyocera has shown, an electronic rangefinder camera can be assembled and sold for less than an all-mechanical one, creating a natural entry for many into rangefinder photography and the magnificent M system. It's a way to expand market, to gain users, that Leica is currently conceding to Contax. Larry
