 Yes, if the lens was a "Phoenix" or maybe a "Quantaray" or even a
"Samyang" I would accept.
 But if it is a Leica Lens and you bought New, No,no,no. You paid for a
100%  quality product, You paid for a 100% quality control... You paid for
a Leica Lens and you paid the happy hour beer of the Leica AG technicians...
