Does the built-in lenshood on the newest Summicron obstruct the view in the rangefinder? The clip-on hood on my "in-between" version does, although it has a cut-out section which helps a bit. If the new one doesn't I would think that would be a significant advantage of the new lens. Would you like to swap? ;-) Simon.
