I picked some of these up on my last trip to Tokyo in 1997. I have never seen them for sale in US. They are very well made and even come with their own little allenhead tool to fasten on to the rewind knob.If you want to I can dig through my files and find out where in Tokyo I bought them.I think it was at Shimizu Camera in the Ginza and I can get you their fax number.
