Thanks for help and advice, Tom. 

I had the fantasy, that you could just exchange the viewer glass, 
and still use the RF. Evidently I know much too less about the 
construction. Will look for some old, broken LTM or M bodies, and 
start beginners course in Leica pathology and surgery :)
