My MR-4 clip-on meter does a proper battery check, but when reading either
hi or low settings, the needle goes to zero. I've tried new batteries, too.
Has anyone fixed a similar problem? Any recommendations for repair
specialists? I tried Empire Meter Repair, but the phone was "temporarily
disconnected" (?).
