But I'd not want to use that lens, when I can't imagine it being any better than the 19, and even if it is, to go for such a useless lens for what I do (can't shoot most of what I do mirror up anyway). I find the R8's mirror up function quite useful. Hit the button once, the mirror goes up. Hit it the second time and it takes the picture and drops the mirror. I can hold the camera steady enough to not lose my framing. With the self timer, hit the shutter release once and the mirror goes up, counts down the self timer, takes the picture and drops the mirror.
