Even a 35 mm lens wide open has small DOF, and too much in these pictures was a bit unsharp. The 50 mm lens gave a more concentrated image, and was therefore more suitable for the low light levels. Well, we will never stop learning... (My idea was to utilize the F/2,0 performance of the 35 asph for the slower slide film).
