The Jupiter-8's normally start at around $100 and go up, depending on
condition and age.  Yours is post-'73;  if it is '87 or later (the black
paint) it is worth a bit more, as are the earlier chrome ones.

As to the 4/90, a '58 lens is hardly "old" (ha-rumph!  I'm older than
that!), but is some years too early to be a three-element lens.
