Erwin, you sure pull a lot in when you attempt to make a point. The word
Bokeh, to most of us, simply means "what's going on in the out of focus
part of the image". No scientific definition. Just a WORD. We now have this
word to REFERENCE a phenomenon that we didn't have a word for before. I
think it is as simple as that. At least it is to me.

good Bokeh - I like the way the out of focus stuff looks.

bad Bokeh - I don't like the way the out of focus stuff looks.

The word Bokeh replaces a whole sentence.
