I used it for several years and then gave it to my daughter who went through college with it, travelled throughout Eastern Europe with it and used further when she came back to the US. Last week I sent it to Leica for a cleaning and replacement of the viewfinder shade lever which had fallen off. It was still operating accuarately and without fault. In my opinion these cameras are an absolute bargain on the used market. Further it is large enough to hold comfortably. I 'm always afraid that I'm going to drop my M6. Bob
