Subject: Ernst Haas exhibit in Maine

Those of us who were in Maine just missed the opening of "Poetic Vision: 
Photographs by Ernst Hass," at the Portland Museum of Art. The show runs 
from Oct 28 - Jan 18. They are showing 41 photographs. Next summer, they 
will have a second exhibit, "The Ernst Hass Memorial Collection," which 
will feature phootgraphers influenced by Haas.

Haas taught workshops in the area up until his death in 1986.

There was a large article with a number of color photos in the Portland 
Telegram on Sunday.
