The Hektor was produced in several different focal lengths.  I presume you
are referring to the 4.5/135 long-focus Hektor.

These were made in great numbers for many, many years:  105,000 or so from
1933 to 1960.  They are common, slow, and not very exciting.

The 6.3/2.8cm is only a collector's piece now, though, again, not
especially rare.
