I have a 1.4 LTM Cannon with a yellow coating. It came on a Cannon 7 I
bought
around last Christmas.

So far I have used it on the Cannon and my IIIF and am very pleased with
the results - good contrast and very sharp (subjective judgment no tests).
I did have a 1.5 Leica LTM 50mm at one time (sorry collectors - I can't
recall
the official name at the moment and am too lazy to look it up) but was not
really impressed it was I believe an older generation than the Cannon.
Does anybody know anything about the Cannon lens and would it be worth it
to buy an adapter to use it on my M2?
Regards,
Doug
