The "good" lamps are made in Italy, and the light is very interesting, completely different from flash (strobes), tungsten or natural daylight. Trouble is: *very* expensive to buy. Why? Is it sooo difficult to make daylight balanced fluorescent tubes to justify the prices? A dealer in California is asking U$ 1,400 for a bank with 6 tubes. Isn't it way out of proportion? Any answer will be welcome.
