my DR-summicron is marked in meters only.  i assumed that 3'4"= 10 meter
and that 32" would correspond to to the 1 meter mark. i just tried it.
it works!!!! many thanks.

assumed ~ translation: i fooled around and fooled around before putting
my mind in gear, and then it worked!:-)
