Subject: So much for light weight and M6

     Hello luggers.
Tomorrow morning I am leaving to Colombia for nine days on a
Caribbean assignment (life is great even if you don't get rich at it...).
I am of course taking my M6/24/35/50 and 90 but old habits die hard
and the least amount of Nikon gear I managed was reduced to an F4 a
180/2.8 a 20-35/2.8, SB-26 and 50. The Gitzo tripod is also inevitable
since Cartagena is supposed to be beautiful at night.
Well guess what, my camera bag is as heavy as when I used only
Nikon. The positive side is that the Nikon gear is intended as back up
and will probably end up staying in the hotel most of the time. I also,
recently purchased a Sunpack 1600 Softlite with swivel head (only up and
down) very small, cheap and have gotten excellent results with the M6 for
the intended applications of course, I highly recommend it to anyone
looking for an emergency flash with the M6.

By to you all and your great postings.
