Subject: Flare problems w/S'cron 50 collaps... help?

i recently (30 rolls) started using summ. 2.0 #1234417 50mm collaps. with
vented shade 12585H instead of my old reliable dual range for the
compactness and novelty of new lens.

i'm getting more flare than ever in situations that i don't recall having
problems with; backlit stuff, late afternoon sun etc.

never had probs. w/elmar 50 collaps either, but the rotating f's are a
bother and like 2.0 (both work well w/Sooky-M, which replaces the dual
range and the package fits so well in an old army bag)

so, what's with the flare?  anyone find this lens touchy?
